Position : Legal Billing Clerk
Job ID : 145238
Location : Fort Worth, TX (76102) ONSITE*
Pay : $40,000 - $50,000 (BOE)
Duration : Direct Hire Full Time Opportunity
Dress Code : Business Formal
Schedule :
Must be able to work Monday Friday, 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm
Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed*
Key Responsibilities :
Generate client invoices, statements, and billing reports while ensuring accuracy
Manage the upload of invoices to e-Billing portals / systems and oversee approval processes
Inspect all client bill records for precision and completeness
Address client inquiries regarding accounts and process payments
Draft internal and external correspondence with diligence
Design and maintain spreadsheets
Undertake additional projects as delegated
Requirements :
2 years of legal billing experience or from an accounting / tax firm
Math and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office 365 (WILL BE TESTED)
60 WPM (WILL BE TESTED)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
High school Diploma or GED
Detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and multitask
